Spending our Christmas holiday at this charming mountain inn was an unforgettable experience! The snow-covered surroundings and cozy atmosphere made for the perfect holiday getaway. We especially enjoyed the delicious regional cuisine offered at the hotel restaurant and the complimentary lift passes that allowed us to explore the surrounding area easily. the warm and welcoming staff made us feel right at home during our stay.
Although the location was breathtaking, the winding roads leading up to the inn were a bit treacherous – especially during the snowy weather. while the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, their limited English proficiency made communication a bit challenging at times.

The hotel's location up the mountain is absolutely breathtaking. I enjoyed the beautiful views and the fact that it's close to the city center. The breakfast was good, and the staff was welcoming and made me feel comfortable.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those who want to stay slightly away from the hustle, bustle of the city centre yet be accessible to it. You can reach the city centre in minutes by car. the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. the bathroom is clean and modern. the service is top, notch: the staff goes above and beyond to make sure that the guests have everything they need. Breakfast is one of the highlights of the stay, with a delicious variety of regional foods. the view from the hotel is breathtaking, which makes it a perfect spot for some relaxation.
The check, in process could have been smoother.

Spent the New Year in a location that was just perfect for relaxation. the breathtaking views were enough to make it a memorable experience. the staff offered impeccable service, always making us feel welcome and relaxed. the two facilities that particularly stood out were the spa and the restaurant. the spa treatments were well organized and exactly what was needed for rejuvenation. the restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious meals that we enjoyed during our stay. the hotel's location was great for outdoor activities and exploring the area.
The lack of signage to guide us to the hotel. We had to stop several times to ask for directions and this took some valuable time.
